Church of Our Lady of Týn
The nobility of Gothic in Prague.
The building of the monumental Church of Our Lady of Týn stretched from the XIVth to the XVIth century but it was worth was waiting for as the Gothic building is an imposing and spectacular presence. The painter Karel Škréta Šotnovoský decorated the altar, the inside of the monument has kept its Baroque look after an important restoration in at the end of the XVIIth century.
